My personal CRM and invoicing app for running a small hosting business.

Zinvoice runs the business side of Zenfulcode, my web hosting business: clients, their projects and services, onboarding with live quotes, server costs and margins.

Invoices go out in monthly batches with gap-free numbering, as PDFs drawn in Go and sent over SMTP. Each client is invoiced in their own language and currency.

It also pulls live service status from Grafana and Coolify, release history from GitHub, and turns it all into finance reports per client and in total.
