Zencial is a video-on-demand app with a streaming-service feel: a featured hero, rows of content, genre pages and HLS playback.

Viewers get subscriptions, a watchlist and watch history. Behind it sits a full admin back office for content, users, cast and crew, genres and plans.

The video pipeline is my own: a Go CDN that takes streaming uploads, transcodes them to HLS with FFmpeg and serves them through signed URLs.
